This Privacy Policy describes how Signal Watch (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and related services. Signal Watch is a digital product that monitors a fixed set of public web sources (for example changelog, pricing, careers, blog, and status pages) and delivers a short English competitor digest by email. We do not scrape behind login walls.
Signal Watch is operated by an independent product team. For privacy questions, contact saliowawa@gmail.com.
Waitlist (via Tally). While billing is not yet live, you may join our waitlist through a form hosted by Tally. That form may collect:
Tally processes submissions on our behalf. Their own privacy terms apply to their platform. We receive the submitted fields for waitlist and product communication only.
When paid accounts open. We may collect account email, billing-related identifiers from our payment processor, and product preferences (for example which public competitor URLs to watch). Payment card data is handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Technical data. Like most websites, our host or CDN may log basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use this for advertising profiles.
Public competitor pages. The product fingerprints and diffs publicly available web content you ask us to watch. That content is not your personal data; it is publicly published by third parties.
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent or trade waitlist emails to third-party marketers.
We share personal data only as needed to run the service:
Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until we close the waitlist and migrate you to an account (with your consent via continued use). Account and billing records are retained as needed for the subscription, support, and legal/accounting obligations.
Email saliowawa@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist or account email data, or to unsubscribe from product emails. You can also use unsubscribe links in marketing or waitlist messages when provided.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a small digital product. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Signal Watch is intended for business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
Your information may be processed in the country where you reside and in other countries where our operators or service providers run infrastructure. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you understand that transfers may occur subject to applicable safeguards of those providers.
We may update this policy as the product moves from waitlist to paid subscription. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
